Thank you, and goodbye

After more than 40 years advising on property and planning, I have now retired, and Hey Property Consultants is no longer taking on new work.

I would like to thank every client I have worked with over the years, across the Midlands, East Anglia and the North of England. Many of you came to me with a problem: a planning application that had been refused, an appeal that looked like an uphill struggle, or a Section 106 negotiation that had stalled. Helping you find a way through was the part of the job I enjoyed most.

Thank you for the trust you placed in me, for the recommendations you passed on to friends and neighbours, and for the kind words many of you took the time to send. It has been a privilege to help so many people, and I have enjoyed every year of it.

With thanks and best wishes,
Andy Hey FRICS
